Job summary

Snowshoe is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep resort facilities and equipment in peak condition. You will handle basic plumbing, carpentry, and drywall tasks, perform daily inspections, and work with plumbers, HVAC techs, carpenters, and electricians to ensure safety and reliability.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and physical capability, including lifting up to 75 pounds. On-site work at Snowshoe, WV, with a strong safety focus and opportunities to contribute to a busy

• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to work with varied trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry).

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on equipment and facilities per manufacturer, code, and insurance requirements.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions, test machines, and inspect buildings.
• Document work performed and manage work orders for billing and records.
• Monitor equipment, report abnormalities, and follow manuals and safety procedures.
• Assist with safety, inventory, and training, and support guest and staff as needed.
