PURPOSE OF POSITION: Assist the building maintenance department with projects including painting, pluming, remodels, and other duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with repairs and upkeep of buildings and equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance procedures
• Work on construction projects

• Be willing to perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have at least basic level maintenance skills and tool knowledge
• Must work well with others and function as a team member
• Willing to learn new skills and perform tasks in a timely and safe manner
• Must be at least 21 and have a valid driver's license
• Must be physically able to perform maintenance duties and tasks

• Able to work on ladders and scaffolding safely and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Lifting and carrying 50+ lbs.

PAY RATE:

• $21.00 per hour
