PHYSICAL DEMANDS • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. • Must be able to work in indoor and outdoor environments regardless of temperature or weather. • May be required to work long hours. • Must be able to safely operate a golf cart, and/ or company vehicle. WORK ENVIRONMENT • Work will primarily be assigned for all interior and exterior portions of all buildings, common areas, grounds, and trails, but work location can vary and can incorporate any area of the property
