Responsible for performing or assisting in general repairs and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment.

Provide world-class customer service by capturing and responding to the voice of the customer (internal or external, including vendors for select jobs) through multiple feedback channels to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction, in line with employee engagement, feedback, and complaint processes.

It is essential that the incumbent have a valid driver's license, be at least 18 years old, and maintain a good driving record to meet organizational driving standards.

Requirements:

• Perform general repairs and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Inspect lighting and perform necessary repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Inspect and maintain water softening equipment.
• Assist in preparing meeting rooms for presentations and seminars.
• Handle all mail, including incoming and outgoing, daily, and make regular trips to the post office and other carriers. Process mail by opening, sorting, and distributing to departments. Maintain postage meters, scales, openers, and other mailing equipment. Work with vendors for equipment servicing. Prepare daily mail processing checklists and monthly postal usage and cost reports.
