Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician for a nonprofit partner in Green Bay. This temporary, part-time role offers 8-hour shifts on 1–2 days per week with a pay rate of $26.50 per hour.

The technician will perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and other systems while maintaining safety and records.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of facility maintenance experience, strong mechanical skills, or a combination of education and trade experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect facilities and equipment and address maintenance needs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and other systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests, emergencies, and safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory of tools and supplies.
• Assist with equipment and system installations.
• Support pool maintenance, chemical testing, cleaning, and emergencies.
• Maintain exterior areas, including lawn care, snow removal, salting, signage, parking areas, and playground equipment.
• Set up conference rooms and spaces for events.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Work independently and collaboratively on facility needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Overview:

This is a temporary position with a possibility of it becoming evaluation-to-hire.

Pay: $26.50 an hour
Hours: Part Time, 8 hours/day and 1-2 Days a week
Responsible for maintaining the safe, efficient operation of building facilities, equipment, and grounds. Performs routine inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
