We are looking for a Building Maintenance Technician to provide service and repairs on modular home rental properties. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. The pay range is $18-$20/hr DOE. Building Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities

• Prep surfaces prior to painting, including filling with putty and sanding
• Apply primer and sealers to ensure proper paint adhesion
• Paint, stain, and apply other finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
• Assist with deck repairs
• Perform general carpentry duties
• Conduct minor drywall repairs
• Replace door handles and light fixtures
• Maintain grounds

Requirements and Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a decent driving record
• Own vehicle and basic hand tools
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
