We’re looking for a hardworking maintenance technician to join our team! You’ll ensure our facilities operate efficiently, conduct regular inspections for damage, and perform routine maintenance on equipment to keep it running smoothly. Compensation: $41,000 - $50,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Inspect the building for damage to doors, windows, walls, and perform repairs as needed.
• Manage maintenance requests as they arise.
• Plan and execute preventative maintenance to maximize equipment lifespan and safety.
• Perform routine maintenance on systems such as plumbing, HVAC, and electrical wiring, and make necessary repairs.
• Keep records of maintenance and repairs performed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Availability to respond to on-call maintenance requests during nights and weekends.
• Understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
