Job summary

Alta Ski Area is seeking self-motivated, early-rising workers to help maintain base facilities at Alta, UT. This full-time, seasonal role requires living in company housing and offers a split-morning/afternoon shift to allow skiing opportunities.

Duties include early-morning snow shoveling, day-long facility care, and daily cleaning of offices and restrooms. An intermediate skier comfortable with snowmobile operation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Applicant must be an intermediate skier to fulfill job duties around the mountain.
• Must be comfortable learning how to drive a snowmobile.
• This physically demanding job includes early morning snow shoveling, attending to facilities throughout the day, cleaning office areas and deep cleaning restrooms at the end of each day.

• Work a split shift with options to ski mornings or afternoons.

We are looking for self-motivated, early-rising skiers from early November to early May to help maintain our base facilities. This split-shift affords plenty of opportunity to ski either in the morning or afternoon. It is required to work full-time and live in Company housing at Alta Ski Area.
