Job summary

Tripoli Country Club in Brown Deer, Wisconsin, is seeking a part-time Building Maintenance Staff to perform daily repair and maintenance for offices, public spaces, restrooms, grounds and other areas as required.

The role involves general repairs across electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds, plus maintaining both interior and exterior cleanliness. No certifications are required and a reliable attendance is expected.

Qualifications

  • Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas of the operation including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
  • Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.
  • Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility including emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture.
  • Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Tripoli Country Club – Part‑time Building Maintenance Staff

Located in Brown Deer, WI, Tripoli Country Club seeks a driven individual to perform daily repair and maintenance services for all aspects of the operation.

General Purpose

Provides daily repair and maintenance services for all aspects of the operation, including offices, public spaces, restroom facilities, grounds and other areas as required.

Responsibilities
  • Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas of the operation including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
  • Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.
  • Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility including emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture.

  • Performs other duties as required.
Education / Experience
  • Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands
  • Frequently uses hands, reaches with hands and arms. Regularly climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, crawls, stands, walks, sits. Frequently lifts or carries up to 50 pounds.
  • Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions, near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles. Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions. Noise level is moderate.

  • No certifications or licenses are required.

  • Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).
