Job summary

Provide A Ride in Warrensville Heights is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join their full-time team. Responsibilities include changing light fixtures, performing basic plumbing repairs, and maintaining office facilities.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in maintenance, possesses a valid driver's license, and is flexible to work some Saturdays. Employee benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and monthly employee appreciation events.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a maintenance position preferred.
• Strong work history required.
• Valid driver's license necessary.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Change light bulbs/light fixtures as needed.
• Install camera and intercom systems.
• Conduct basic plumbing repairs.
• Perform painting and flooring repairs.
• Install and remove furniture and shelving.
• Repair baseboard moldings.
• Fuel vehicles as needed.

Job description

We are seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join our team!

Full Time (Monday-Friday, some Saturdays, as needed)
6am-3pm
Pay starting at $16.00/HR - pay based on experience.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Change light bulbs/light fixtures as needed
• Install camera, intercom systems
• Basic plumbing repairs
• Painting
• Flooring and Ceiling repairs
• Install and removal of desk, shelving, cabinets, etc.
• Baseboard molding installation and repair
• Vehicle fueling as needed
• Other maintenance and repair tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Two years of experience in a maintenance position preferred.
• Strong work history
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Flexibility to work some Saturdays, as needed
