Job summary

GF Hotels & Resorts is seeking a maintenance engineer to ensure our property runs smoothly and safely. You will manage daily maintenance tasks, run preventive maintenance programs, and respond to guest concerns to ensure an exceptional experience.

The ideal candidate brings strong communication, teamwork, and service orientation, plus a valid driver’s license and the ability to work with a range of maintenance tools in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong communication, organization and people skills are essential.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads.
• Work with a variety of tools—hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade.
• Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
• Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines.
• Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations.

Our busy hotel is seeking an energetic, customer-oriented maintenance engineer to ensure that all of our visitors have an excellent experience at our property. You'll be in charge of the building's maintenance and preventative programs daily to ensure people's enjoyment, health, and safety. The ideal candidate for this position will be an outstanding communicator, a team player, and, above all, someone who enjoys engaging with new people.

Qualifications

• Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed
• You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with facilities management software is preferred
• Driver’s license and outstanding driving record is necessary
• This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED
