Job summary

Anderson|Biro, LLC in Twinsburg is seeking a dependable Building Maintenance & Custodian to help keep our facility clean, safe, and organized. The role combines custodial duties, waste and recycling management, and light maintenance tasks throughout the warehouse, production areas, and offices.

You will operate the sit-down forklift and other equipment, perform basic upkeep, and support general maintenance projects.

Qualifications

• Prior custodial, janitorial, warehouse, or building maintenance experience is a plus.
• Forklift experience required, preferably sit-down forklift or certification.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and operating lifts to work at heights.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
