Aoka is seeking a certified Building Inspector to oversee construction projects, ensure safety, and guide contractors in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. You will verify compliance with plans, codes, and safety standards, and provide expert guidance to clients and contractors.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience in building inspections.
• Current ICC certifications; Texas license required (TSBPE Plumbing Inspector).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Organized record-keeping; willingness to learn new inspection software.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect construction projects to ensure compliance with plans, codes, and safety standards.
• Review project documents, attend pre-construction meetings, and coordinate with contractors and authorities.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare professional reports.
• Address questions from clients and contractors with expert guidance.
• Participate in training and company initiatives.
