Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in building inspections.
• Current ICC certifications; Texas TSBPE Plumbing Inspector License required.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction projects to ensure compliance with plans, codes, and safety standards.
• Review project documents and coordinate with contractors and authorities.
• Maintain detailed records and produce timely reports.
• Address questions from clients and contractors with expert guidance.
• Participate in training and company initiatives.
