Job summary

Aoka, a third-party municipal services provider, is seeking a Building Inspector in San Antonio, TX. You will inspect construction projects for compliance, review documents, and coordinate with contractors to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in building inspections.
• Current ICC certifications; Texas TS BPE Plumbing Inspector License required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction projects to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, codes, and safety standards.
• Review project documents, attend pre-construction meetings, and coordinate with contractors.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare timely, professional reports.
• Address questions and concerns from clients and contractors, providing expert guidance.
• Participate in training and company initiatives.
