This position is subject to a Hiring Incentive up to $6,000
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: inspections of building, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, irrigation, and other inspections related to the Town’s zoning ordinances, plan review, and the enforcement, interpretation, and application of building, zoning, and sign codes and other Town ordinances for residential and commercial development. Must have high school diploma or GED.
Must have 3 years prior experience with municipal inspections and plan review or equivalent trade-related experience.
