Campbell County Fiscal Court is accepting applications for a full-time Building Inspector with the Planning & Zoning Department. The Building Inspector performs technical inspections and plan reviews to ensure compliance with the Kentucky Building Code, Campbell County Zoning Ordinances, and the Property Maintenance Code. The Building Inspector is responsible for maintaining construction standards including quality of workmanship, materials, and safety. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a pay rate of $24.00 to $37.00 for the Building Inspector Trainee, Building Inspector I, II or III per hour plus benefits package. Pay rate is based upon certification level and experience.
