Summary
This Building Inspector serves municipal clients of HR Green and is designated authority charged with the administration and enforcement of the local, State, and Federal codes, ordinances, and regulations for all buildings and structures, plan review and inspection/observation of building construction and alterations. They will be responsible for assuring safety of all buildings and structures of assigned jurisdiction(s). This position is also responsible for maintaining superior relationships with each of their clients. Compensation
$26.00 - $42.00/hour
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Illinois Salary Transparency amendment to the Equal Pay Act of 2003. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, skills, prior work experience, competencies, and geographic work location. The total annual compensation package may consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate, after a qualifying period, in our performance and discretionary incentive bonus program(s).
