Overview

Expert Modular Consultants, LLC is looking for a modular building inspector.

Responsibilities

• Inspect modular buildings for code compliance in all trades and monitor building manufacturers’ quality control programs. Inspections are made with reference to approved plans and applicable codes and manufacturer’s quality control manuals. The inspector works from home and travels by auto to client facilities for inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience in building inspections and/or construction. Inspector certifications are a prequalification. Must obtain ICC inspector certifications in all trades after hire.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle. The inspector is reimbursed for mileage for using personal vehicle.
