Job Details:
Pay: $18.05
Hours: 2pm-10:30pm or upon completion of assigned work. Hours may change to accommodate business environment and necessity. Some off-shift work will be scheduled possibly on weekends or due to seasonal duties.
Job Title: Maintenance Building Groundskeeper (Utility) 2nd shift

Job Description:
Associate will be responsible for general building and equipment maintenance, as well as handling snow removal during the winter months, general repair and maintenance of all forklifts, motorized pallet jacks, company vehicles, and other equipment owned by the company. General building repairs such as plumbing needs, facility lighting, painting, and assisting with general cleanliness of the facility and grounds, as well as moving office equipment will be required. This associate is responsible for trash removal from the facility as well as the cleanliness and organization of the truck sheds, loafing sheds, maintenance shop, and bone yard. Some off-shift work will be scheduled and may include weekends. Other seasonal work and duties within the Maintenance Department may be assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
Requirements:
The verifiable knowledge of hand and power tools will be required. Good mechanical ability with verifiable general knowledge of vehicle maintenance inclusive of preventative and scheduled maintenance is also required along with plumbing skills and general knowledge of electrical and lighting. The ability to operate a forklift, bobcat, shag truck, and all other company vehicles is required, and a clean driving history is essential. The physical ability to lift at least 40-50 lbs and stand throughout the majority of the shift is required as is the capability to work in all environmental conditions both inside and outside of the facility. Overtime will be required. Experienced candidates must have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and possess good written skills; computer skills are a plus. Attention to detail work as well as the ability to work as a team member is essential.
External Requirement: A minimum of 6 months' work experience required in facility maintenance and/or automotive mechanic: Experience is preferred and must be documented in the work history section of the application.
