Job summary

Dyno Nobel Inc. is seeking a Building and Grounds Tech for the Cheyenne Facility to maintain clean, safe common areas and support minor maintenance tasks.

On-site responsibilities include following safety rules, organizing storage, and assisting with track crew readiness as needed. The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in custodial work, with the ability to read technical data and perform basic math.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of custodial or building experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical data and manuals.
• Strong math and measurement skills for cleaning tasks.
• Must be able to be on call every other week.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and hazard precautions.
• Organize and maintain custodial supply storage areas.
• Place warning devices during floor cleaning to ensure safety.
• Complete standard custodial duties and responsibilities.
• Read procedures and act on technical information as needed.
• Record entries in logbooks and communicate findings.
• Train toward Lead Building & Grounds duties and related roles.
• Pursue training to qualify for Track Crew Operator roles as needed.
• Keep assigned areas clean and organized.
• Demonstrate commitment to Zero Harm and safety rules.
