Job summary

Onealmfgservices is seeking a Building and Grounds Technician to maintain facilities, assist with maintenance tasks, and support safety programs on the plant campus. The role operates on first shift (5:00am–2:00pm) and requires coordination with Maintenance Technicians and external contractors to ensure a safe, efficient work environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years of maintenance experience, and the ability to read MSDS labels while using common

• 2 years’ experience in buildings and grounds maintenance required
• Ability to read material data sheets (MSDS) and ready chemical labels
• Ability to use a variety of tools from hammers, wrenches, to torches and more
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software applications preferred
• Posess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive
• 2 years maintenance experience preferred but notrequired.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings and grounds (including lawn and snow removal) in top condition to ensure full and productive use of facility
• Perform simple maintenance duties not requiring practical skill and knowledge of the craft trades
• Assist Maintenance Technicians with moderately difficult maintenance and repair work
• Appropriately inspect andoperateall equipment and machinery as necessary including forklifts
• Comply withrelevant safety regulations and policies in the execution of all job tasks
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Participate in safety, health, and environmental programs
• Be available for overtime or call-in asrequired
• Work with external contractors to install and repair equipment
• Communicate verbally and in writing to coordinate with team members and other departments to safely execute maintenance repair work
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• A bility to lift 20 lbs. as needed.
• Ability to bend, stand, climb,twistand stoop for extended periods of time.

• Havegoodvision of 20/30 with corrective lenses.
• Ability tomaintaincoordination of hand and finger movements to grasp and manipulate objects with precision.
• Travel as needed toaccomplishdesired results. Overnight travel may berequiredoccasionally.

exposure to changing temperatures, loud noises, vibration from use of equipment and the following:

• Hazards: Variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, electrical current, exposure to highheator exposure to chemicals.
• Atmospheric conditions: One or more of the following conditions that affect the respiratory system or the skin – fumes, odors, dust, mist,gasesor poor ventilation.
• Oils: there is air and/or skin exposure to oils and other cutting fluids.
