Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• More than one (1) year of related experience required.
• Possession of a valid Georgia Class C driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial tasks and maintain grounds in county facilities.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, floors, and common areas; replenish supplies.
• Maintain and operate cleaning and landscaping equipment; report repairs.
• Mow, edge, fertilize lawns, trim hedges, and manage landscape beds.
• Set up and break down equipment for meetings and events; inspects vehicles as needed.
