Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience with construction monitoring, specifically roofing, windows, waterproofing, and façade systems.
• Certification as an RRC, RRO, or RWC is preferable.
• Local travel is required with possible support to regional offices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct specialized building enclosure services such as performance testing.
• Perform forensic services of windows, curtain walls, storefronts, and roofs.
• Conduct smoke tests, electronic leak detection tests, and infrared surveys.

Skills

Excellent writing and documentation skills

Proficient computer skills (MS Office and Outlook)

Experience with construction monitoring and building enclosure systems

Education

Post-secondary education certificate in construction field

Associates or Bachelor’s degree in construction technology, engineering or architecture
