We are seeking a Project Manager/Building Envelope Consultant with 5+ years of experience in FISP/Local Law 11 projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in facade inspections, structural assessments, and restoration planning. A PE or RA license in NYC is highly preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead building envelope assessments and facade inspections under FISP/Local Law 11.
Develop restoration plans and oversee project execution.
Conduct structural evaluations and provide recommendations for repairs.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and client communications.
Prepare technical reports and ensure compliance with NYC building codes.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and property owners.
Oversee construction administration and quality control.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture (Master's preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in building envelope consulting and restoration.
PE or RA license in NYC preferred.
Strong knowledge of FISP/Local Law 11 regulations.
Ability to write technical reports and communicate effectively with clients.
Experience with facade restoration, waterproofing, and structural assessments.
Proficiency in building codes, structural analysis software, and inspection techniques.
