Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager/Building Envelope Consultant with 5+ years of experience in FISP/Local Law 11 projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in facade inspections, structural assessments, and restoration planning. A PE or RA license in NYC is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead building envelope assessments and facade inspections under FISP/Local Law 11.

• Develop restoration plans and oversee project execution.

• Conduct structural evaluations and provide recommendations for repairs.

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and client communications.

• Prepare technical reports and ensure compliance with NYC building codes.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and property owners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture (Master's preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in building envelope consulting and restoration.

• PE or RA license in NYC preferred.
