Job summary

Qualifications
5+ years of experience with at least 1-2 years as an Engineer in a Class ‘A’ office building.
Experience as a member of Fire Brigade and able to prove past service.
Responsibilities
Assist the Engineering team in mechanical operations and energy management programs.
Supervision of Contractors including scheduled after-hours work.
Conduct repairs and overhauls of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor BMS system for alarms and errors, take corrective action.
Skills
Experience running large tonnage chillers
Ability to read blueprints
Highly motivated self-starter
Strong communication skills
Ability to maintain calm in emergencies
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent
EPA CFC Certification
Refrigeration/Operator’s License
Fire Life Safety Director License
