Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a mobile building engineer.
• Certification for OSHA ACM awareness training as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair buildings, utilities, grounds, and equipment.
• Optimize repair and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Record data in building logbooks accurately.
• Conduct utility and equipment tests as needed.
