Job summary

Facility Site Contractors Inc. seeks an Electrical/Building Engineer to oversee maintenance, planning and inspection of campus facilities. You will manage one or more buildings, handle field inspections, and coordinate with CONUS engineering teams to ensure safety and compliance with NEC and ANSI standards.

The role requires journeyman certification, strong reading of drawings, and proven ability to train staff while maintaining quality control and timely responses to critical requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Journeyman certificate or higher.
• Valid driver's license and travel to site.
• Computer literate.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
• Expert knowledge of NEC provisions and applications.
• Knowledge of EMC principles and equipment operation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, maintain high- and low-voltage electrical equipment.
• Inspect and repair electrical components.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Read meters, gauges, and maintain logs.
• Supervise field operations and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Maintain safety per OSHA/EM385-1 or latest revision.
• Provide training to assigned personnel.
• Perform power quality measurements.
• Other duties as assigned.
