We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance professional for a full-time position at a large commercial skyscraper in downtown Minneapolis. Work hours are 1st shift, 6AM-2:30PM, Monday to Friday. After training, the schedule may rotate to 10AM-6:30PM. This position includes a rotating on-call schedule from Wednesday to Tuesday with five other team members. The work environment is close-knit, emphasizing excellent customer service as you interact with managers and high-level personnel. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions are crucial for success in this role.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00/hr.
