This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Servicesjob function. They are responsible for providing support, preventivemaintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
All schedules are available including daytime, evening, andnight shifts. Some overtime may be required, as well as “on call” for emergencies.Days and shifts offered will be determined based on the needs of the team.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Building Engineer role is $65,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Building Engineer role is $80,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
