As a CBRE Building Engineer, you will support a leading aluminum packaging solutions client by monitoring, maintaining, and repairing building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general facility equipment. This is a Monday through Friday day shift position.
This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services team and focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to keep critical operations running smoothly. CBRE also supports ongoing professional development, offering opportunities to obtain advanced certifications and technical training while on the job.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Building Engineer position is [$30.00 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Building Engineer position is [$35.00 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
