Qualifications

• Knowledge of energy efficiency strategies and building science.
• Exposure to ASHRAE Standards 90.1, 55, and 62.1.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and mechanical plans.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative analyses including energy and carbon emissions calculations.
• Develop whole-building energy and performance models.
• Perform site surveys and audits for monitoring performance.
• Provide certification support for various sustainability standards.
• Assist with compliance for energy codes and government requirements.
