Job description

What You'll Do

This opportunity is available in both Mount Laurel, NJ and Mechanicsburg, PA

• Providing testing and consulting services for the built environment, including property condition assessments, specialized testing, building enclosure consulting, forensic investigation analysis, and repair design for existing structures.
• Exhibiting responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivation.
• Performing field and laboratory testing.
• Interacting with senior staff on various projects as needed.
• Promoting a safe workplace and proper PPE use.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED; an Associate or technical degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering is preferred.
• At least 2 years of related building enclosure field inspection experience is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as WACEL, ACI, and/or AWCI are advantageous.
• Ability to carry 40-70 lbs multiple times a day and occasionally lift up to 85 lbs to waist height.
• Must have reliable transportation for job sites; mileage will be reimbursed.
