Job summary

ECS Southwest, LLP is seeking a field technician to conduct observations for pre, during, and post-construction assessments across roofing, masonry, EIFS, waterproofing, and window assemblies in Tempe, AZ.

You will document daily field reports, perform general admin tasks in Word and Excel, and coordinate with site contractors and project managers. A high school diploma and 2–5 years of experience are required; related certifications are a plus, and reliable transportation is needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of field experience.
• Certifications such as WACEL, ACI, or AWCI preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation for job sites; mileage reimbursed.

• Documenting observations daily in written field reports
• Performing general department administrative duties with the ability to navigate Microsoft Word and Excel
• Interacting and communicating effectively with site contractors, other technicians, and project managers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of experience
• Professional certifications (WACEL, ACI and/or AWCI) would go a long way
• Must be able to provide suitable transportation for use on job sites - Mileage will be reimbursed
