Alterra Snowshoe is seeking a friendly Custodian for a seasonal on-mountain role. You will keep public spaces pristine, perform cleaning duties, and adapt to early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure a welcoming environment for guests and team members alike.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Aufgaben

• Clean Public Areas: Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, wash windows, and maintain restrooms. Sanitize surfaces and remove trash.
• Complete Checklists: Follow and update the custodial measures checklist daily.
• Safety and Maintenance: Report safety issues, store chemicals properly, and secure storage. Inspect issues to prevent closures.
• Shift Flexibility: Rotate between day and evening shifts, and work across resort areas.
• Equipment and Supplies: Maintain cleaning equipment, monitor stock levels, and report issues.
• Workplace Maintenance: Clean employee areas, storage spaces, and ensure entryways are clear of ice, snow, and debris.
• Team Collaboration: Work with co-workers, assist maids with room cleaning, and support team efforts.

• Pay: $15.25 per hour

• Complete Checklists: Follow and update the custodial measures checklist daily.

• Safety and Maintenance: Report safety issues, use and store chemicals properly, and secure storage closets. Inspect and report maintenance issues to prevent facility closures.

• Shift Flexibility: Rotate between day and evening shifts as needed, and work across different resort areas.

• Equipment and Supplies: Maintain and inspect cleaning equipment, monitor supply levels in storage closets, and report equipment issues.

• Workplace Maintenance: Clean employee areas, storage spaces, and company vehicles. Ensure entryways are clear of ice, snow, and debris.

• Team Collaboration: Work with co-workers to complete tasks, assist maids with room cleaning, and support team efforts.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED
