As a Building Controls Technician II/III, you are responsible for installing, programming, commissioning, servicing, and troubleshooting building management systems (BMS) and electrical power monitoring systems (EPMS) within mission‑critical data center environments. This role owns projects and service activities from startup through commissioning and ongoing support, working closely with customers, subcontractors, and internal project teams to deliver reliable system performance.
$110,000 - $180,000 a year
