Job summary

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in multi-trade building construction, including two years managing multiple building construction projects.
• Experience supervising three or more areas such as planning, coordination of multiple trades, cost estimating, project scheduling, material purchasing, or resource management.
• Related degree can substitute for experience (Associate degree reduces requirement to 2 years; Bachelor's to 4 years; Master's to 5 years; Doctorate to 6 years)
