Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years full-time experience in Building Inspector I in Sacramento County.
• Or journey level standing with two years full-time journey level experience in building trades.
• Or two years full-time experience reviewing plans and performing inspections for code compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review construction plans for local, state and national code compliance.
• Inspect residential, commercial, and industrial structures.
