Job description

The City of Vadnais Heights is seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Building/Code Enforcement Inspector. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and safety of our community by ensuring compliance with local codes and ordinances through detailed inspections of commercial and residential properties, as well as investigating and resolving property maintenance concerns that may arise.

Under the direction of the Planning/Community Development Director, this position will work closely with the Building Official by assisting with plan review, permit approval, and complex inspections before, during, and after construction.

Salary: $34 - $41 DOQ
