Job summary

BlueChip Pros is seeking a detail-oriented janitorial worker to perform cleaning tasks in assigned buildings. Responsibilities include high dusting, sanitizing surfaces, bathroom cleaning and floor care. You will also maintain public areas, food court cleanliness and outdoor spaces as needed.

Role requires adherence to safety guidelines, ability to lift 1–30 lbs, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment. Training and supervision provided as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic janitorial operations and safe work practices.
• Familiar with handling chemicals per MSDS sheets.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• High dusting around room including lights, vents and ledges.
• Sanitizing surfaces below shoulder height and spot cleaning windows.
• Bathroom cleaning including toilets, sinks and dispensers.
• Floor dusting and vacuuming, including under furniture and behind doors.
• Grounds care in outdoor areas and cleanliness of common areas.
• Clean and sanitize food court tables and remove trash.
