Candidates must have a current RBT certification, a High School Diploma, with a preference for a higher degree, and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• Must maintain a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the BACB.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with students with significant behavioral needs.
• Ability to lift minimum 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans for students as directed.
• Assist in onboarding new paraprofessionals and provide coaching.
• Maintain and analyze behavioral data logs for student progress.
• Serve on the building's crisis response team using approved strategies.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and reporting requirements as an RBT.
