Qualifications
Must maintain a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the BACB.
Minimum of 2 years experience with students with significant behavioral needs.
Ability to lift minimum 30 lbs.
Responsibilities
Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans for students as directed.
Assist in onboarding new paraprofessionals and provide coaching.
Maintain and analyze behavioral data logs for student progress.
Serve on the building's crisis response team using approved strategies.
Adhere to ethical guidelines and reporting requirements as an RBT.
