You will diagnose, program, and calibrate HVAC controls, pneumatic and hydronic systems, and networked controllers using platforms like Niagara.

As you gain experience, you will lead projects, design control sequences, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with engineers and contractors to improve energy efficiency and system

Formación

• High School/GED; degree conferred by start date.
• Automation Sys Tech I – 2 years in automation systems, HVAC/R, or related fields.
• Automation Sys Tech II – 3 years in automated systems and large building controls.
• Automation Sys Tech III – 5 years, Niagara certification, OSU I/II experience.
• Automation Sys Tech IV – 7 years, Niagara certification, OSU I/II/III experience.
• A valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Support, maintain, and advance campus building automation systems for energy efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and network issues; install and program hardware.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders; mentor junior technicians.
• Develop control sequences and optimize system performance.
