Job summary

ICM, a TAG Company, seeks a Building Automation Systems Technician for commercial service work in and around Corpus Christi, TX. You will install, diagnose, repair, and maintain BAS, HVAC, and IoT control systems, using blueprints and engineering specs to meet project requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has BAS installation experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC/BAS control systems and building operations.
• Experience reading and interpreting control system drawings and schematics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose BAS/HVAC issues.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install and service BAS/HVAC control products per blueprints and specs.
• Diagnose, repair, and program BAS/HVAC systems on customer sites.
• Analyze drawings and plans to coordinate work efficiently.
• Perform on-site installation and repairs, coordinate with teams.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for each job.
• Provide technical guidance to colleagues and customers.
• Train customers and provide post-installation support.
