Building Automation System Programmer (HVAC exp req)
Location: 15 Miles Northwest of Washington, DC - WFH 4 days a week after training
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 + Profit Sharing + Benefits
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Short/Long Term disability, 401k w/ match, PTO
Job Type: Full-Time
Typical Hours: Flexible- M-F 9 AM - 5 PM
Travel: Local travel to client sites 2-3 times per month max

Working closely with engineers and field teams, you will program, test, and optimize Schneider, Delta, and Niagara Framework platforms to bring buildings to life with smart technology. Building Automation System Programmer (HVAC exp req) Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BAS programming solutions for assigned projects
• Manage project timelines and maintain customer communication
• Write and refine automation scripts to optimize building performance
• Translate system drawings into fully functional software
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure proper sequence of operations
• Work with engineers and field teams for seamless deployment
• Oversee system graphics development and quality control
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software and system issues
• Support ongoing improvements and system updates
• Ensure successful project turnover to the service department
