Job summary

RoviSys Building Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to lead our Building Automation team in Tempe, AZ. The role covers end-to-end project delivery, from kickoff to close, while coordinating engineers and maintaining budget, schedule, and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of project leadership, familiarity with HVAC systems in large building automation, and experience with Microsoft Project and MS Office. This onsite role may involve travel to field sites.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project leadership experience in a technical environment.
• Experience organizing, scheduling, and leading meetings with internal teams and customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project and MS Office applications.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems in large building automation systems.
• Experience with building automation and/or industrial controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for project margin and financial health.
• Establish and monitor project schedules to ensure on-time completion.
• Forecast resources and manage risks with mitigation strategies.
• Present Schedule, Scope and Resource Plan to leadership.
• Handle project financials including reporting, invoicing, and change orders.
• Enforce quality plans and ensure lifecycle quality.
• Serve as primary commercial contact for customers.
• Manage large or multiple concurrent projects.
• Identify deviations from plan and recommend corrective actions.
• Negotiate Terms & Conditions with customers and provide technical guidance.
