Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks a BAS Programmer to design, program, and troubleshoot building automation systems on active job sites in Wisconsin.

The role emphasizes proficiency with DDC/BACnet controls and integration across Tridium, Honeywell, Alerton, and Distech platforms. The ideal candidate combines HVAC knowledge with electrical schematic understanding and hands-on experience with meters and test equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical degree in HVAC/Electronics preferred.
• Experience with computer operating systems, including MS Office Suite.
• Proficiency in Tridium, Honeywell, Alerton, Johnson FX, ABB, or Distech controls.
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot computer and network issues.
• Experience with programming and electronic equipment like voltmeters and oscilloscopes.
• Solid understanding of electrical diagrams and AC power circuitry.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of HVAC systems and controls for Level II & Senior Programmers.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and navigate construction sites.
