Qualifications

• Specialized trades training in HVAC or electronics.
• Five years of experience in operating and maintaining building automation systems including heating, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing or boiler systems.
• Equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Operates, maintains, and repairs HVAC, boilers, chillers, pumps, and related equipment.
• Maintains direct digital controls and computer systems for HVAC and safety systems.
• Performs preventive maintenance and calibrations on controls and equipment.
• Reads and interprets engineering plans, blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Ensures safety and compliance with codes and regulations.
