Job Title: Building Automation Advanced Applications Engineer

At Honeywell, we are seeking a Building Automation Advanced Applications Engineer to provide advanced technical expertise and support for Building Automation projects and service contracts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, ensuring the successful deployment of advanced applications and solutions. Your work will significantly impact the efficiency, sustainability, and productivity of our customers' facilities.

This role reports directly to our Service Business leader and is based in our Jacksonville, Florida location, with a remote work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans for advanced building automation applications.
2. Provide technical expertise and facilitate the implementation of advanced solutions.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to building automation systems.
4. Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance building automation processes and efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution.
• At least 15 years of experience in building automation or related fields.
• Strong technical knowledge of building automation systems and applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced engineering degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with advanced building automation applications such as DVM 700, EBI 610, EBI 500, and others listed.
• Ability to meet deadlines and drive results.
