Colorado PERA is seeking a Building Attendant to perform routine custodial duties at PERA facilities and grounds, ensuring safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will be reliable, able to take direction or work independently, with experience in custodial tasks and knowledge of cleaning chemicals.

This position is responsible for performing routine custodial duties at the PERA owned facilities and grounds. All activities are to be completed according to PERAs safety and quality standards.
Our ideal candidate will be reliable, courteous, energetic and friendly with an ability to take direction or work independently. Custodial/Janitorial experience preferred. Must be able to safely work with standard janitorial chemicals and equipment. The ideal candidate will be able to set up/take down tables and chairs, and assist others with preparing for meetings and events. Efficient and well organized personal work habits are needed to ensure all tasks are completed. Must be willing to take direction from co-workers and perform other duties as assigned in a professional manner while presenting a positive public image.
