Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Pennsylvania is seeking a part-time Building and Ground Technician to perform maintenance and repair tasks at The Village at Sprenkle Drive in York. Responsibilities include minor repairs, regular preventative maintenance, and lawn care. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, complete first aid training, and have at least one year of related experience. Flexible working days are available.

Qualifications

• Must satisfactorily complete first aid, AED, and CPR training within 30 days.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Minimum of one year’s experience in related positions.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Repair walls, ceilings, floors as directed.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance.
• Handle shipping and receiving of various materials.
• Mow and trim lawn areas, trim shrubbery, weed, and mulch flower beds.

The Village at Sprenkle Drive in York, PA is now hiring a part-time Building and Ground Technician. This position is for 7:30am–3:30pm for 2 days per week. Days of the week can be flexible.

Responsibilities

• Performs minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Repairs walls, ceilings, floors, etc. as directed.
• Performs regular preventative maintenance.
• Handles shipping and receiving of various materials.
• Mows and trims lawn areas, trims shrubbery, weeds, and adds mulch to flower beds.

• Must satisfactorily complete first aid, AED, and CPR training within 30 days
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience: A minimum of one (1) year's experience in related positions normally required.
